Larry Barnes provides IT support and serves as a COO.  Larry was formerly a Systems Integration Specialist at Boeing, where he was employed for 12 years. Prior to Boeing, he was a Senior Technical Adviser at Bank of America for 22 years.

Wes Grunden is a freelance journalist, former newspaper associate editor and award winning photographer. His vast background includes radio news director, firefighter, traffic reporter, law enforcement, emergency medical services and serving on various fundraising committees.

Advisory Board

The Global Protocol Advisory Board meet throughout the year to review current content, establish new standards for emerging issues, and develop new strategies to assist in handling workplace issues. The Advisory Board team also participated in the development of “The Art of Professional Developing” four-book series.

Cheryl Valdez Barsanti, is 
a former Account Manager (Chairman’s Club) and Director of Human Resources with Bank Administration Institute (BAI) – Chicago. She has also served as Vice President at Harris Bank – Wilmette and Branch Manager with Midtown Bank-Chicago. Experience includes exhibit sales, research sponsorships, online advertising, bank training programs, and memberships to a diverse group of solutions providers (US and International) targeting the financial services industry. Cheryl is a graduate of Mundelein Management Program now Loyola University.

Tina LaCroix  Hauri has held executive leadership roles in technology, information security and risk management in the financial services sector. She has led international projects, focused on cultural awareness, mentoring and team building. Tina was invited to the White House to discuss concepts of local government, community colleges, and business working together to formulate business reconstitution plans.  She holds an MBA from the Quinlan Graduate School of Business at Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelors degree from Northwestern University.

Adele Hodge has a wide spectrum of experience in media. As a writer, producer and photographer her career includes work for corporations, government agencies, film and television producers, as well as newspaper and magazine publishers. The native Chicagoan’s list of credits includes working in local and network news departments in two major markets. She has fulfilled assignments for Nightly News, Today, Dateline, The London Guardian, Redbook, Black Enterprise, Essence, Citibank, Ford Motor Company, major museums, and other commercial and non-profit entities.

Evelyn Howell, former VP, Global Business Practices and Compliance for Sara Lee Corporation, is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas (Philippines). She has been speaker at various conferences and seminars on ethics and compliance program topics.  Evelyn is currently retired and living in the Phoenix area, where she volunteers with the City of Goodyear and enjoys golf, hiking and travel.
