                   What now?

You have the skills, the experience, and the determination! But something isn’t quite right. The opportunities just aren’t coming your way. Sound familiar? This could be the perfect time to step back, reassess your image, adjust your approach, and regroup. If you are new to your profession or seeking advancement, this workshop will enhance your social-ability and confidence.

Why take the class? Ask yourself:

  • Are you attracted to people who engage and inspire you? Learn how to be that person.
  • Do you have “IT?” People with “it” present an unmistakable air of confidence when they walk into a room, regardless of their insecurities. They know how to walk their talk! Do you?
  • Do you find yourself fumbling with introductions because you don’t know the proper way to make one-on-one to group introductions or repeat names correctly? Knowing demonstrates leadership!
  • Do you know how to learn as much as possible about your client or customer without being intrusive? Discover how to get beyond awkward barriers!
  • Have you ever felt lost for words or just plain can’t get beyond a conversation lull? There is more to a conversation than “words.”
  • Can you mix and mingle at networking events with ease? You can do it in three easy steps.
  • Do you feel uncomfortable when conducting business at a formal business meal? For example: would you like to feel more comfortable with complicated table settings meal recommendations, and handling the check? Just know the protocols and the rest is easy!

This seminar will give you the tools to do it all!

Confidence Inspires!

Building your career is like constructing a house. Start with a solid foundation and finish with an indestructible roof so the house can withstand the test of time. Do the same with your career by developing a strong foundation and then take your professionalism to an indestructible level! Skip even one step and your efforts could collapse.

  • Learn to meet, greet, and interact with people in a professional and confidence-inspiring manner.
  • Use your professional interaction skills, ranging from networking activities to a wide variety of business meetings and social events, to build and sustain relationships.
  • Banish feelings of awkwardness when entertaining current or potential business partners.

Discover the formulas and personal strategies that make it all work. Then apply these personal formulas to a variety of situations (interviews, meeting over meals, networking events etc.), to become more comfortable and effective in everything you do.

Class Structure

You will practice each phase of the training. By knowing, practicing, and engaging the interaction tips and formulas, you will project a commanding first impression, perfect an impressive greeting (from name exchange to handshake), and engage in dynamic interactions.

Learning Outcomes

If you know you are knowledgeable, but you don’t possess all of the skill sets to make a lasting impression and build loyalty, and you could use some brushing up on your “social-ability” skills, then this class is for you!

Participants will leave this seminar with skills to meet the following goals:

Mix & Mingle Like a Pro!

  • Project a strong self-image and professional presence.
  • Adapt to a variety of professional social situations by knowing which rules of protocol or etiquette apply to each unique situation or individual.
  • Exemplify professionalism in their personal presentation and actions.
  • Employ proven techniques for remembering names and engaging in conversation, overcoming common interaction dilemmas, and networking with ease.
  • Develop a compelling image that generates charisma and control in the face of a challenge.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of what it takes to conduct business-related social events and meals with ease and class.
