  2. Who initiates the handshake, or who opens the door first? (These questions could be gender, culture, or rank based.)

Cancellations received up to 30 days before the seminar are refundable minus a 20% registration service charge (plus any credit card finance charges). Cancellations received fewer than fourteen days (two weeks) prior to seminar date are not refundable. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, a refund will not be issued.
