Phoenix, AZ — Global Protocol, Inc. proudly announces that Meredith Shake-Burrows, Veronica Shake, and Jacqueline Heyden have completed a six-day (semi-private) comprehensive Global Protocol Academy training session, and are now available as workshop facilitators and media resources spokespersons on business etiquette and protocol.

The workshops took an experiential learning approach to the training material. Professional presence, business etiquette and protocol sessions ranged from identifying professional presence components and delivering a dining tutorial to the protocols of creating an event. Interactive classroom activity reinforced major training points.
